  Was absolutely appalled at the custome service I received at the chermside store, was quickly dismissed on a topic I arose and was spoken to in a condascending manner.

  would rate it less than 1 start if I could, tried to get my tablet replace because it had a fault within 30 days, after driving from northlakes to chermside I was sent back to North Lakes who sent me back to Chermside, who then replaced my tablet, but failed to remove my sim card. So now I have to make another journey and hope they still have it. Good Job Optus Chermide, won't be visiting again after this

  After explaining my issues with a recent call with the Optus Service Centre, I was told I had to attend the store. I further explained my issue to be told that I was wrong!

  I further explained my case and point and asked for her help-"You will have to call the service centre!". Who 2 hours previously told me to come to your store! Huffed and Roll of the eyes - handed me a phone to call the service centre and walked off.
