  Didn't get our intended flights, made to pay to change them to the original ones we asked for. Rude staff members who didn't seem to know what they were doing who booked random flights and not what we asked for. On my flight home I have a stop over for more than 32 hours on a foreign city when I wanted a direct flight as I am traveling alone and also a female. Ridiculously expensive and the most stressful experience of my life. Would have been easier and cheaper to book direct online.

  We have just returned from our trip to Europe and everything went like clockwork. We can confidently say that all future travel bookings will be made with STA Travel Chermside. Oh, by the way, the Pizza places you recommended in Rome and Naples were mouthwateringly exceptional!

  I had a great experience with STA travel in booking my upcoming flights to Malaysia. Helena was so thorough and helpful. I felt at ease knowing she was looking out for all the details and it was all confirmed swiftly and easily. I normally buy my own flights online but I'll be using STA next time I travel :)

  These guys are the best! I was going to book my trip online then thought I'd check as I walked past. They found me a crazy better deal and told me about some awesome tours. Totally check them out :D
