  Outrageously expensive aquatic classes. I thought $7 casual rate was a bit much where I attended for years @ Redcliffe, but to charge $17 ($15 concession) per session is exorbitant, especially as it's Council's facility. Surely they can drop the price. Even with the bulk discount, it's still far too much for a pensioner to afford!

  The kids (9-13) rated this 4 stars. They loved the water slides. $14 each for nearly 4hrs of fun was pretty good value. What I think was very poor value was the $5.40 cost for me to be a non swimming supervisor. All I used was a shady space on the grass. As I took 4 children and they all had an expensive icecream I think the cost for non swimming adults is a bit rich.

  If only I could give a 0. I don't know how this business continually seems to stuff everything up from incorrect payments, to putting my child in the wrong group, to mucking up holiday group times, to change of teacher all the time ... not worth the hassle or frustration despite my son having a good teacher. I'm constantly having to sort issues out with their admin.

  Front desk staff are always happy and friendly. Pool area always clean. Always plenty of space in the pools when I've been there
