  This place has the potential to be great but once it gets mildly busy it can all fall apart. The food is usually alright and they do offer some pretty good deals during the week but their limited staffing both out the front and in the kitchen hurts the rating. Could easily learn a thing or two from the American bars they strive to copy, namely if people can't order, you don't make money.

  Walking in to sporting globe the first impression was good. Not busy at all, got a table straight away. Service was good, a little pushy but good. This is where the good experience not only stopped but went crashing to the ground very very quickly and made an explosion like the ones in the movies which bad guys in sunglasses walk away from in slow motion. We sat down at 6.30pm and ordered drinks and starters. The starter didn’t get to us until 6.55pm (only know this because when you’re hungry you start looking at your watch.) This is when we finally got to order our mains. Mains weren’t received until 7.40pm. Two steaks were ordered medium rare and came out mooing (blue AF), not only this but if you pay $27 for a steak you’d expect a pretty decent size meal, but you only get a handful of chips (if that) and gravy and pay an extra $5 for salad..... so both steaks were sent back, and another 40 minutes later we got the second lot, one cooked better and the other still blue. At this point I just wanted to break down and sob over my poor stomach basically eating itself. I sat in your damn restaurant from 6.30 to 8.30 with only consuming one piece of garlic bread. The staff weren’t apologetic at all and when I cracked a big enough stink about it offered a voucher for NEXT TIME ( ya dreaming).

  Best burger I think I have ever had. I honestly can't fault the food at all. However service is slow. Literally watched three staff stand near the counter idly while food was going cold in front of them

  Went midday lunch time on a Wednesday... we had the champion burger and the crispy chicken burger... plus Portuguese chicken bites. Food was AMAZING!!!! Service (Michael) was excellent, very professional and chilled. He looked after us perfect. Will definately go back!

  Cheers/complements to the head chef! Your food was delicious. Had garlic bread out in 10-15 best garlic bread ive had in a long time, not to mention the meals!
