  Absolutely disgusting service from this venue for our Christmas party, as soon as we walked through the door we were treated with hostility. I know a couple of the boys were pretty drunk and I get that but out of a group of 11 who were mostly sober (me, the pregnant lady and the other 2 girls that had three drinks all night) and we were all treated like garbage. All we did was bowl, I don't think we were loud at all and when three of us girls ordered some drinks for the boys we were told this isn't a night club. When it was closing time instead of hey guys we are closed now you will have to leave we got from the Scottish man you need to leave now, I don't understand why he had to be so rude. Then they had the nerve at trying their luck at getting us to pay a bar tab that a group walked out on, maybe if you were paying more attention to Steven and his party instead of watching us like hawks you might not be down like $85 tonight!

  This place is awesome, great environment. It's a shame that the bloke with the accent that served me was being extremely rude, not much of a customer service person I assume? Did not provide his full attention to me and decided to tell one of the young ladies in a rude manner to go do something, obviously made one of them rather upset, instead of finishing off serving me he went into the back room and forgot about me where two young ladies came to serve me. Props to them for being lovely whilst there is obviously hostility between the older guy. :)

  Amazing place. Except that the pins were not falling off seamlessly as they are attached to the strings. Strings are impacting the free fall of the pins. I think it would be great if there were no strings attached.

  I understand that it was busy. But talking to the staff like garbage does not help any situation. If anything it makes things worse as the staff then got stressed and made more mistakes because Derk, was breathing down their necks.

  I highly recommend this place to hold your private events. I attended a joint birthday celebration there last night. It was really fun for adults and kids alike. We had our own bowling alleys and the food was delicious. To top it all, the service was great
