  Next went to television area. Once again store staff member argued with my experience with the products. If I have been using, researching and testing the products for a reasonable length of time don’t argue with me that my experience is incorrect just because you sell the product and have never actually experienced it in a real environment.

  Went to exchange item bought 4 days before. Waited for 20 minutes and finally someone was there to address us and told us that they wont exchange or give any store credit for goods worth more than 2000. Worst service .

  Need another notebook PC so went to look at the new Microsoft products. Stated to the store staff member that I have endless problems with my current Microsoft Surface Book and need an alterntive. He argued with me that the product is flawless and it is my fault. He needs to check online reviews perhaps.

  Christmas shopping time, we went in a really helpful guy called Terry helped us find what we wanted (a kindle and cover) and we were in and out with no Christmas queues or hassle. Great service.

  Went in store today to purchase a pair of headphones and was welcomed by a dark hair, blue eyed handsome man named Alex. He was very helpful to me as what the best products were and seemed to have a lot of knowledge of the products too. They work and sound amazing and it is all thanks to him. Will be back ;)

  Basic rule is this. Even if the customer is wrong, keep your mouth shut and definitely don’t go to your buddy and talk bad about the customer in full view.
