  Bought a $99 voucher online for the Keratin Hair Smoothing Treatment for my Mum as a gift. Her hair is fluffy not thick and just shoulder length and they charged her an extra $60 on top of the $99 (already paid for by way of the Voucher) because her hair was 'thick'. Considering you get a smoothing treatment because your hair is not already smooth seems to be a good way to trick people into coming in store to charge them more when it cannot be justified. Can't say I'm too impressed by the situation or the treatment.

  I been here last Tuesday to have keratin treatments, I wasn't really happy the results, they didn't do a good job, my hair is still frizzy and hard to brush, I thought if they put keratin treatment your hair is gonna be straight & soft non frizzy, but mine the results was bad. So not going back there anymore, and make sure I'm not gonna recommend to my friends. Good luck to other customers

  Susie (owner) did feather tattoo eyebrows For me, and all I can say is "I wish I had this done ages ago" she did the best job... I'm in love. She has a very calming and professional nature, I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking tattoo eyebrows in Brisbane.

  Susie the owner and her staff were so welcoming and very helpful with ideas and options. I had my hair straightened, the price was great and the results were fantastic. I also had my eye lashes done, (they look wonderful, and I will be keeping them forever) which I would like to mention I have had done in the past by 2 different salons with very bad results from both.
