  As far a jewelley stores go, its all the same. Everything is shiny, the staff are helpful but ultimately after a sale. Careful on that Refund policy.

  Jennifer said that she would have a stone delivered into the store on the same day as another store told me they would do the same.. after having my engagement ring made at Michael Hill, I’m still waiting for the other store to call me back..

  Absolutely disgraceful. Completely dishonest staff who acted without authority. Be prepared to be hassled, pressured, signed up to mailing lists you didn't approve of and have your financial details used without permission.
