  Needs to be a bigger store, too small for a popular shopping centre plus the staff are very rude.

  The only thing I don't like about this store/kiosk is that it has a very bad lighting (to no light). It made my purchase very difficult with certain charms. It isn't a proper store but it offers everything as normal. But I won't go to shop there again, not until they move into a proper store anyway.

  This was my worst experience I’ve had in retail in a long time. Sunday I went in with my wife to do some shopping, I saw the shop and wanted to buy a bracelet to replace one that my wife misplaced. At first the service staff was a bit under the pump and I was not served for a while. When I was served I was greeted by a nice looking lady who then helped me find the exact bracelet that my wife had misplaced. We found it and when it came to the size I took a guess at small. That experience was all present until I gave the bracelet to my wife a few minutes later. We found that it was too small and we would need to exchange it for the next size up. When we returned 15 minutes later we were greeted by another lady who asked if she could help us. When we told her the problem she told us no refunds or exchanges would be given due to the fact that she had no stock of the item, this was before we had even shown her the bracelet. When we queered if she could get a replacement in she said quiet bluntly that they have discontinued the bracelet and that she would not refund the bracelet for store credit. She was so rude that my wife just walked away at this point. She showed no concern with any customer relations. Both my daughter and wife have bracelets, and I would give them both pendants to commemorate most special occasions but after this event I will not be returning.
