  Walked into the store over the weekend, determined to buy birthday presents for my daughter that I had already picked out from the catalogue, walked in there and only one sales person was free and not engaged with a customer, I walked towards her and said "hi" only to be waived off with one finger in the air, with "one minute" response from the grumpy lady who never even cared to respond to a hello or give any eye contact. I observed her for another few minutes wondering what was so important she had to do than offer me service, she walks and stands next to her colleague watching her finalizing assisting another customer. Then she decided she was ready to serve me, "did you need help with something" was the words she directed to my husband, not even to me, the person who tried to get assistance. How rude! I wish I got her name to put it up here, such arrogance, she is tall, well built lady with blonde hair, and very grumpy. I just walked past her and went on to deal with the lovely young lady who had just finished serving another customer. This store is within my suburb, and what I was after was sold out, I had to drive to strathpine store to get what I wanted, the sales people were wonderful and friendly, not sure I would have wanted to spend a fortune being treated without respect by a grumpy woman who basically shouldn't exist in the face of customer service. Definitely will not be shopping from this store again!

  I bought a set full price when there was a discount i paid 40$ more Because the staff didn't told me there was a discount...i realized After when i looked in the Little magazine...i'm disappointed.
