  I paid almost $60 for two pairs of jeans to have their hems taken up. The service was fast - I got them within an hour. However the hemline was crooked and they didn't even colour match the thread - they used white instead of blue. The quality of the service was lacking.

  Went a few of months ago to have a suit jacket tailored. Granted it was a lot of work as it was not a good fit for my size. It took them 3 weeks, and cost me over $400!! In hindsight I should have complained but it's not in my nature to make a fuss. The jacket hadn't been pressed and looked atrocious, really poor workmanship, not worn it since. I've since found another tailor and their work is high quality. I got 2 suit jackets, 3 pairs of trousers and 4 t-shirts tailored for $405. These guys are rip off merchants, don't use them!

  Disappointed in the quality of the service. Paid over $130 to get a zip fixed and suit jacket taken in and the overall presentation is a crushed suit in a plastic bag. When you are paying exorbitant prices, it should be presented in a condition where you can wear it straight away.

  Very poor service and lack of communication. First of all I waited at the counter with other customers for 15 minutes while the lady vacuumed out the back - she saw us several times and ignored us. All I wanted was one jacket dry cleaned (which wasn't cheap) and was told it would take up to 6 days to come back and that I would be contacted when to pick it up. 10 days later - no contact. Tried calling the shop twice...no answer or response to messages I left. When I finally went in and asked why I wasn't contacted, the reply I got was, "I don't know, I just work here." Even though she was the same woman who served me in the first place! She then hurried me away because she was on the phone. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

  The price is always changing, even for the same work. The work is fine, but be prepared to overpay for it.
