  Female serving food & beverage in drive thru was appalling TODAY. Our drinks had coke all over the outside, overfull & dripping everywhere. When I asked for them to be cleaned, I was greeted with derision, she tipped the excess coke off the tops in the drive thru so it splashed up on my car & wiped the excess around the outside of cups with her hand!!! They were not that busy where customer service goes out the window.

  My shopping bag split whilst ordering a refreshing frozen coke and before I could think to ask, two separate staff handed me a bag to put my contraband in. Well done staff. You are a credit to the golden arches.

  24 hrs. Enough parking. Good location, although during peak hours the traffic is heavy on Hamilton road.

  Had to wait more than 10 minutes, was graciously given a $5 voucher and a sincere apology, but opened the bag to find they had forgotten the 3 packs of mayo we payed for. After entering the premises to get the mayo, we found no customers in the restaurant, and nobody waiting for food. Wouldn't have left a review except there was hair in my burger. After buying multiple burgers and finding a hair in the first one, who would want to eat the rest of the food. Tried to call twice and let them know, yet no answer and no message bank.

  Food is always perfectly made. The staff are friendly and a young girl called Candice makes the best cappuccino..
